Korean rolled #omelette with roasted seaweed(Gyeran Mari w/ Gim) is great for lunch boxes, breakfast, even appetizer. It's simple and delicious

Butter, eggs, salt, roasted seaweed (cut seaweed sheet with scissors, if necessary to fit your pan)
Beat eggs with whisk or fork, then add few punches of salt
Lightly Butter the pan
In a lightly buttered saute pan, pour egg mixture and heat slowly over low heat.
Heat slowly for a few minutes until almost cooked through, then place seaweed sheet on top of omelette.
Using a spatula, lift one end of the egg and fold few inches inside & over seaweed.
Turn off the heat and continue until omelette is completely rolled
Let omelette rest for a few minutes to cool, then slice into 1 inch pieces and serve.
You can add chopped peppers or scallions into egg mixture.
