Instructions

Step 1

Gather ingredients. I'm using my Instant Pot but a regular pressure cooker can be used.

Season short ribs with salt & pepper and lightly coat with flour.

Add 1 tablespoon butter and sear short ribs in hot skillet and set aside.

Add onions, 4 garlic cloves and thyme to skillet and cook for a few minutes to soften. When done, add to pressure cooker.
