Chop your favorite veggies. Rainbow carrots,..
Broccoli and mushroom..
Place rice noodles in hot water and let them soak for about 5-10 min
Lemon adds the perfect zest if you don't have lemon grass.
Fry the shrimp in coconut oil and add salt, pepper and herbs as desired. Then add the chili paste and stir. After about a minute add the coconut milk.
Add one cup of water, the rice noodles, broccoli and mushroom and let everything simmer for about 5 min on medium heat. Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten, lemon juice for the zest and fish sauce for the special Asian note.
Serve with black sesame!
