Make sushi rice according to package. Here is about 1.5 cups making 4 cups of cooked rice. Add sesame oil and salt and fluff rice. Mix gently!

Add rice and push to sides to make hollow. Add about 1/2 tbsp of tuna mayo in middle. Cover with seasoned rice. Push down onigiri mold cover to shape
