We created this drink in honor of Paul Walker and for Furious 7. It's like a Manhattan, but with tequila, which we think Paul would have preferred.

Gather your ingredients, and begin by putting the ice in your cocktail shaker.

Add the añejo. We used Corzo, and it paired nicely with the other ingredients.

Pour in the Cointreau.

Add a few dashes of the bitters.

Carefully peel a few strips off of the orange.
