Buttery Pretzel Rolls

Instructions

Step 1

Proof yeast by adding sugar and yeast to the 2 cups of warm water. Set aside in warm place for about 10 minutes

Place flour and salt in mixer fit with dough hook. Add prodded yeast to bowl and mix on med-low for 5 minutes

Place mixed dough in warm spot and allow it to rest 30-40 minutes. Cover the dough with a lightly floured or greased piece of plastic wrap.

While dough is resting, mix baking soda and boiling water together and stir until soda is dissolved. Set aside until it is lukewarm.
