A breakfast pie that's robust enough to eat any time of the day! Made with our farm fresh duck eggs but you can use chicken eggs also.

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Pie

Step 1

Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 400F.

In small bowl, stir together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and set side.

Separate one egg (keep the white for later) and mix yolk and heavy cream together in a small bowl, set aside.

Place one sheet of pie dough in your dish.

Gently crack eggs into dough. Add the egg white you saved from earlier. Sprinkle in bacon and a little bit of cheese.
