Assemble your ingredients.
Pluck the sage leaves off of their stems. Crumble the cheese with a fork. Slice the persimmons in half and then slice 1/4 - 1/6 inch pieces.
Assemble each piece by placing a sage leaf first, then a chunk of chèvre, and then wrapping the entire piece with a prosciutto slice.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegrette.
Place in a preheated 375F oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp on the edges. Then enjoy!
I love a great home-cooked meal, a good book, and a cozy coffee shop.
