Braised Pork Belly

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1

Chop carrot into 1/2 inch slices, daikon sliced and quartered, and fennel in slices. (Like an onion) Cut pork belly about 1 inch thick

Heat oil in cast iron pan (or any frying pan) over medium heat. Brown 5 minutes on both sides.
