Pumpkin & vanilla bean pancakes for breakfast. I made them with buckwheat & rice flour so they are #glutenfree and they are only sweetened with honey. For the indulgent part, I poured some dark chocolate ganache over them, because it's weekend! Recipe coming soon!

Lunch: Arugula, Serrano ham wrapped cantaloupe, fresh figs, shaved Parmesan & roasted cherry tomatoes. Drizzled with olive oil & balsamic reduction.

My lunch today. I made a spread with greek yogurt, dried dill, celery salt, lime zest & a bit of lime juice. I spread it over a super thin sesame & sea salt cracker. Topped it with smoked salmon, micro greens & edible flowers. Super easy to make, healthy & delicious

No cutlery kinda dinner tonight! I made @howsweeteats whipped Mexican corn dip! And slow (oven) roasted BBQ pork ribs. A meat falls off the bone situation!
